Just black screen in Unity3D build

I'm trying to build a Unity Scene but I get always just a black screen when I'm starting the builded application (no errors in the output_log.txt). 
This probelem also occurs, when I'm building the  with the zCore Sample "StylusObjectmanipulationSample" I get just a black screen. 
(in the zSpace Preview in the  Windoweditor it works well).


Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
Unity 2017.1.2f1
zCore Plugin 5.0
zSpace 200
NVidia Quadro M5000

Player Settings:
Run in Background: enabled
Auto Graphics API for Windows: enabled
Virtual Reality Supported: enabled
+ Added Virtual Reality SDKs: Stereo Display (non head-mounted)

Are there other settings required?

PS: When I make a development build, the "Development Build" text is written up side down and mirrowed in the top right corner.

update: in Unity 2017.1.2f1 this builded application starts (with other issues ...).

Hi Manuel,

There's a quirk that happens when projects are being updated from an older version of Unity. (This also affects the included demo scenes at the moment.)
If this is the the case, the solution will be to delete the main camera being referenced by zcore. and recreate it.

Thank you for the reply. I have deleted the camera and created a new one and linked it to the zCore.
I still get only a black screen.
